In case of delays in home arrival due to traffic congestion (one hour or more), Montri Customer Service shall notify parents via phone.

You can change the drop-off point if the route and seat(s) are available. Please inform Montri Customer Service at least one day in advance.

Please inform your new address to Montri Customer Service at least three days in advance.

All items found on the bus will be kept at the Montri office at your school.

The bus rental cost is subject to your travel itinerary, including total distance of travel and type of van/bus requested.

We provide 10-/14-seater vans, and 27-/30-/40-seater buses.

Please contact Montri Bus Rental Department at least one week in advance for the quotation. In order to complete the reservation process, you will be required to sign relevant documents including the quotation, and complete the payment process.

Please make the payment via bank transfer and send your proof of payment to the Bus Rental Department. Montri also accepts credit card payment. For more information, please contact our Bus Rental Department.

It is not the customer’s responsibility to find hotel accommodation for their driver.

Yes, and don’t forget to bring your own CDs or DVDs. We also have karaoke for xx-/xx-seater buses.
